February 27, 2019, Phil was a client of Ashlee’sWe recently contracted with Ashlee Luna through her company Top Brass Auctioneers to sell my sister’s house in Austin TX using a combined on-line and live auction for the real property as well as an on-line only auction for the contents of the house. My sister and her husband had been in declining health and both recently passed away. As result, they had not been able to maintain their property to the level they were once able to do, so we knew there would be challenges to sell the property. Within a month of our initial meeting, Ashlee worked tirelessly to get the property ready, organizing the house contents, and maximizing its exposure to the public. This effort culminated in a live auction at the property in late January; the house sold for more than twice our initial estimate, and the house contents sold for more than three times our estimate. I can’t imagine a realtor working as hard as Ashlee did to sell this property and strongly recommend to anyone in Texas to utilize her services for estate disposal.
Ashlee Luna was the auctioneer at our school auction this past weekend and was wonderful to work with. Her expertise and hands on approach during the pre-event process was key and the night of the event she was professional, knowledgeable and our live auction was record-setting.
